 Hold
down CTRL, then place a lobby and you will get a 2 Story Lobby. The only
problem is that the cost of the lobby is doubled.
 Hold
down CTRL and SHIFT, then place a lobby and you will get a 3 Story Lobby. The
only problem is that the cost of the lobby is tripled.
 Start
a new tower. BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, click lobby tool, scroll all the way to
the left then scroll all the way down and try to place a lobby on the left edge of
the screen where B10 would be. This will double your funds from $2,000,000 to
$4,000,000.

This Cheat will give you
about $1 Billion and a 5 star tower.
Be sure to make a BACKUP of the
tower before you do this.
Because if you do this wrong it could mess up the tower. |

- Go to your MS-DOS Prompt.
- Go to your SimTower directory (type cd simtower or
whatever the directory that SimTower is installed in.
- Then
type:
Debug filename.tdt
- Then you will see a dash and type:
E
102 5 (Replace the 5 with the
number of stars you want to have) Then press enter.
- Then at the second dash
type:
E 106 FF
Then press enter.
- Then at the third dash
type:
W
(This
writes it to the file) Then press enter.
- Then at the fourth dash
type:
Q
(This quits
the debug command) Then press enter.
- Then exit the MS-DOS Prompt.
(Note: Replace "filename" with the name of
your saved game.)

- If someone moves out of a condo because of the conditions being terrible, take
the price down to the bottom then straight up to the highest before exiting the
properties page. People will then buy it for that price. But be careful, there is
a slightly higher chance of people moving out on you.
