The Sims Livin' Large is the official expansion pack for The
Sims. Livin' Large adds new career tracks for your Sims, new situations and objects for
them to deal with, and new architectural and décor styles for you to design their homes
with.
The
expansion pack lets your Sims explore five new careers tracks. The new career tracks create
50 new jobs that can employ your Sims. Your Sim could be a game reviewer reviewing games for
a living; carry golf clubs as a golf caddy or be a Beta tester chasing bugs all of his or her
workday.
Your Sims will have to deal with new situations and objects. UFO investigators will be
getting
more work now that alien abductions will be possible. Fortune telling will become common
place when your Sims get a fortune telling crystal ball. With the Sims knowing their destiny
they will want the old rusted lantern they found in a store that has a genie in it. That
protects them from what could happen in their future or grants their wish to have a new
plasma TV or mansion of their own.

In
Livin’ Large there are three new architectural styles for you to use. Now your Sims
can live in the style of the past, a Castle setting. Those Sims that are living in the
50s – 60s, can use the Retro style to design their home and living quarters. Then
for those Sims that like to gamble—they can use the Vegas style to have the
aesthetics of a Casio. You also can combine the three new settings with the original setting
to create even different settings.
With all these new career tracks, situations and objects, and architectural and décor
styles, The Sims will be even more addictive than it already is.
